Cantrip - Evocation

Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 120 feet
Components: V, S, M (a brush or drawing tool)
Duration: Instantaneous

You unleash a powerful streak of pictorial magic. Make a ranged spell attack against a target. On a hit, the target takes 1d10 force damage and is splattered with a glowing paint. Until the start of your next turn, the target emits dim light in a 5-foot radius and cannot benefit from the Invisible condition.
At Higher Levels. The spell creates more than one streak when you reach higher levels: two streaks at 5th level, three streaks at 11th level, and four streaks at 17th level. You can direct the streaks at the same target or at different targets. Make a separate attack roll for each streak. The luminous effect applies to each target hit.
