You conjure a floating magical mirror that projects dazzling beams of colored light. Choose a point within range. The mirror appears at that location and emits bright light in a 20-foot radius.

Any hostile creature that starts its turn in the area or enters it for the first time on its turn must make a Constitution saving throw or be blinded. A creature blinded by this spell can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns to end the effect.
